Same room, four setups. The Urban Workshop reconfigures for the day you're running, from a 40-seat presentation to an 18-seat board meeting.
Theater / Presentation
Up to 40 guestsRows of chairs facing the screen, the board room still set behind them. The most seats the Workshop holds, and the setup for a keynote, an all-hands, or a launch.
Private Dinner
24+ guestsOne long banquet table down the middle of the room. Everyone at the same table, nobody at the kids' table, and the patio right there for the pre-dinner drink.
Group Team Work Session
10 to 30 guestsTwo parallel work tables instead of one, so the room can split into groups and come back together without anybody moving furniture. The default for a working offsite.
Board Meeting
10 to 18 guestsA single closed table with everyone facing in. Tight enough that nobody is shouting down the room, with the screen at the head for the deck.
