How much does it cost to host an event in Healdsburg?
At CraftWork in downtown Healdsburg, space rental runs from $55 per hour for a four-person room to $2,500 for a full-building buyout. There are no food-and-beverage minimums, no corkage, and parking is free. You bring your own wine and caterer, so the rental is most of the cost.
Space rental here is a published number, not a quote you have to ask for. You pay for the room; the wine and the food are yours to bring. Here is what each option actually costs.
What is the cheapest way to book a room?
The Closer, a private room for up to four, is $55 per hour with a one-hour minimum. The Vault, the original bank vault for up to eight, is $90 per hour.
How much is a full day for a team?
The Urban Workshop, for up to 40, is $750 for a half day (5 hours) or $1,500 for a full day (10 hours). It includes a catering kitchen and patio access.
How much is a party on the patio?
CW's Patio is $1,000 for a 6-hour event and holds 10 to 40 guests, with each additional hour at $200. Setup and teardown are included.
How much is an evening party?
The Fireplace Lounge is $125 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, so an evening starts at $375. It holds 10 to 60 and is generally available evenings after 5 PM and weekends. Groups at the top of that range carry an additional fee.
How much is the whole place?
A full-space buyout is $2,500 per event plus cleaning fees, available Friday through Sunday, and holds up to 175. It includes every room and the patio.
What costs extra?
Add-ons are optional and priced separately: coffee and tea service, snacks and catered meals, wine tastings and happy hours, and OWL video conferencing. Because you bring your own wine and caterer, there are no minimums to hit.
What happens if I have to cancel?
For bookings over two hours (The Vault, the Urban Workshop, and CW's Patio): cancel 14 or more days ahead for a full refund minus a $100 fee, cancel 7 to 14 days ahead for full credit toward a future event, and within 48 hours there is no refund.
